We are recruiting Physiotherapists to join experienced multidisciplinary teams providing therapy to children, young people and adults living with cerebral palsy, neurological conditions, physical disabilities and other complex disabilities.

The Role
As a Physiotherapist, you may be responsible for:
- Completing physiotherapy assessments and clinical evaluations
- Developing individualised therapy programs
- Providing evidence-based physiotherapy intervention
- Supporting mobility, movement, strength and physical function
- Working with clients with cerebral palsy and other neurological disabilities
- Supporting postural management and positioning
- Assessing mobility and functional needs
- Recommending appropriate equipment and mobility solutions
- Supporting early intervention programs
- Working with clients across the lifespan
- Providing education and practical strategies to families and carers
- Monitoring progress and clinical outcomes
- Preparing clinical reports and maintaining accurate documentation
- Working collaboratively with Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists and other allied-health professionals
- Participating in multidisciplinary case discussions
Your Caseload
Depending on the location and service, you may work with:
- Infants and young children
- School-aged children
- Adolescents
- Adults
- People with cerebral palsy
- Neurological disabilities
- Developmental disabilities
- Physical disabilities
- Intellectual or genetic conditions
- Neurodiverse clients
You may provide services within a therapy centre as well as in community settings where clinically appropriate.
What We Are Looking For
To be considered, you will need:
- A recognised university qualification in Physiotherapy
- Current registration with AHPRA, or eligibility to obtain Australian registration
- Relevant clinical experience
- Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to evidence-based and person-centered practice
- The ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- An interest in disability, neurological physiotherapy, paediatrics or rehabilitation
- A current driver's license and reliable vehicle where required
International Physiotherapists
We welcome applications from qualified Physiotherapists currently living outside Australia.
Internationally qualified Physiotherapists must meet the applicable Australian registration requirements before practicing as a Physiotherapist.
