If you refer a candidate who is successfully placed in one of our roles, we'll reward you with $200 as a thank you.

How It Works

Simple, Four-Step Process

Submit the details of a friend, colleague, or professional contact who is open to new career opportunities.

Our recruitment team will contact the candidate to discuss suitable positions and career options.

If your referral is successfully placed through ARK Talents and meets our eligibility criteria, you'll qualify for the reward.

Once the candidate completes the qualifying period with their new employer, we'll arrange payment of your $200 reward.

Referral Reward Terms & Conditions

The referred candidate must be new to ARK Talents and not already registered in our database.
The referral must be submitted before the candidate applies directly or is introduced by another source.
The candidate must be successfully placed in a permanent, contract, or temporary role through ARK Talents.
The candidate must complete a minimum of 8 weeks of continuous employment (or equivalent qualifying period as determined by ARK Talents).
The referral reward will be paid within 30 days of eligibility being confirmed.
ARK Talents reserves the right to determine eligibility and make final decisions regarding referral rewards.
Employees of ARK Talents are excluded from participation unless otherwise approved.
