We are seeking passionate Speech Pathologists to join established multidisciplinary therapy teams supporting children, young people and adults living with cerebral palsy, neurological conditions, developmental disabilities and other complex disabilities.

The Role
As a Speech Pathologist, you will work with clients across the lifespan, from early intervention and infants through to adults.
Your work may include:
- Completing speech, language and communication assessments
- Developing individualised, evidence-based intervention programs
- Supporting speech, language, literacy and communication development
- Working with clients with complex communication needs
- Supporting Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), including high-tech communication systems
- Providing feeding, eating, drinking and swallowing support where appropriately qualified
- Supporting saliva management and related communication/feeding needs
- Delivering individual and group therapy
- Working with families, carers, schools and other support networks
- Monitoring progress and evaluating clinical outcomes
- Maintaining high-quality clinical documentation and reports
- Working collaboratively with Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and other allied-health professionals
- Contributing to multidisciplinary case discussions and coordinated care
The Clinical Environment

What We Are Looking For
To be considered, you will need:
- A recognised university qualification in Speech Pathology / Speech and Language Therapy
- Current professional registration with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA), or eligibility and willingness to obtain the required Australian registration
- Relevant clinical experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to person-centred and evidence-based practice
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- A genuine interest in supporting people with disability
- A current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle where required for the position
Experienced clinicians are encouraged to apply. Early-career clinicians may also be considered for appropriate positions.
